10 Mandela Effects And Their Possible Explanations.

The term Mandela Effect refers to the phenomenon which occurs when a massive segment of population misremembers a particular event or shares a memory of an event that didn't actually occur. In easier words, a situation in which people convey about a significant event that they observe in past, but in reality these events didn't occur at all. Strange!!

Looking forward about this phenomenon, their were many strange examples occured that can help to shed light on Mandela Effect. Let's discuss some of 10 Mandela Effects and their possible explanation.

Origin of Mandela Effect.
  • The term was first coined by Fiona Broome in 2009, when she created a website to collect detailed stuff about this phenomenon. As Broome began to talk to other people about her memories, she learned that she was not alone.
  • The most famous event of Nelson Mandela's Death (whom this the phenomenon named after) shocked Broome, that such a large mass of people could remember the same identical event in such details that were never happened.

Top Events and Examples that Reflects The Mandela Effect.

  • Nelson Mandela's Death- we all know that, Nelson Mandela was died in 2013. All the social platforms and statements claimed that he was passed in recent years. But.. however countless people distinctly remember him die in prison in the 1980's. There is also a South African book that published on October 1991, states that, Mandela died on 23rd of July 1991. Now the question arises, How is it possible, that his death occurs twice a time.
  • Loony Toons or Loony Tunes- The logo for the Warner Brothers, cartoon show was spelled, "Loony Toons" from our childhood. But actually, it was "Loony Tunes"!!

  • Logo of Coca Cola- This product currently has a hyphen in between Coka and Cola, however many remembers it as CocaCola, i.e. without hyphen.

Four Possible Explanations For Mandela Effect.
1. On the basis of Quantum Physics/ Parallel Universe- It relates to the idea that rather than one timelines of events, it's very possible that alternate Universe or realities are taking place and mixing with our timeline. Because of this, their is a illusion takes place in our universe with other parallel world, and the timelines of events gets complicated.
2. Time Traveling- This theory assures many possibilities that, our today's technology is too advance and many personalities hides the concept of time traveling from whole world. They travels in past to reforms the things and timelines for unknown agendas. That's why, our present timeline modifies again and again.
3. False Memories- When memories are recalled repeatedly, rather than remembered perfectly, they are influenced to the point that they can eventually become incorrect. For example, a large group of people collectively always say a particular saying or memory, that hits the part of your brain which stores that piece of information forever and you always convey that, significant memory is true.
4. We're in Simulation- Well it's a kind of vast topic, but in short the theory explains that we humans are really living in simulation like Matrix, where the whole world is ran just because of a piece of code. Because of some discrepancy or deviation in this virtual world, many events and incidents becomes unstable.
